Being broke, being unhealthy, being undisciplined, hating your job, having kids, having a hard childhood, losing a loved one, having deep trauma..

All of these are not excuses to be less than you can be, they are the VERY REASON to show up and be ALL you can be.

Obviously, we don’t need to be extreme or perfect, especially when beginning to create change in our lives.

We need to allow our own personal process to unfold.

But it can be dangerous when we start to use our very reasons to do or be something as excuses for not consistently showing up to the world the way we and others deserve.

The way we know deep down that we are capable of.

If you want to build the strength to stop allowing your reasons to become excuses, download my free daily discipline checklist.
