Look after your digestion by eating wholefoods from nature, removing/limiting processed man made foods, using probiotics and digestive enzymes when needed, incorporating intermittent fasting into your lifestyle, exercising every day, drinking plenty of water, and ideally make sure you don’t eat 2 hours before bed (Exception is when you work out at night).
